Summary
The E-Commerce Executive plays a critical role in driving online sales growth for our FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) brands. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of our e-commerce operations, from product listings and website optimization to order fulfilment and customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of the FMCG market and the ability to leverage data insights to develop and execute successful e-commerce strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Optimize website content and user experience for FMCG product categories.
Implement and manage e-commerce marketing campaigns.
Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
Oversee order fulfilment process and ensure timely deliveries.
Manage customer inquiries and complaints through e-commerce channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, logistics) to achieve e-commerce goals.
Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices in the FMCG industry.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (FMCG experience a plus).
Skills: Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision making, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, project management skills, experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), basic knowledge of SEO and SEM principles.
Knowledge: Understanding of FMCG market dynamics, consumer behaviour in online shopping, e-commerce best practices.
Additional Desirable Skills
Experience with content management systems (CMS) for e-commerce platforms.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics etc.).
Experience with e-commerce marketing automation tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Certifications
Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ) or similar certification (optional).
