Position Summary

Purpose

.The Global Mobility Travel Coordinator primary duties are to ensure the Global Mobility needs of operations and employees are being supported. Supports the daily function of Travel for Oceaneering Global Mobility Department.

.The Global Mobility Travel Coordinator will be able to apply practical knowledge of travel and will be able to explain and influence policies and procedures. They would also be expected to solve difficult problems independently, as well as complex issues with guidance and supervision.

Duties & Responsibilities

Functions

ESSENTIAL

Responsibility over Travel Function Responsible for ensuring Travel Authorization (TA) is reviewed and acted upon accordingly.

.Will be accountable for adminsterating responsibilities as it relates to Global Mobility and in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include Training employees planning, assigning, and directing work.

oResponsible for coordinating, tracking and revising the Travel Coordinators Shifts monthly.

.Run reports out of the system to ensure they are up to date with relevant information

.Support the Global Mobility Operations and Resourcing Team with reporting and overall support in managing travel, documents, checklists, important dates, etc.

.Ensure Business Travelers have the correct credentials to travel

.Ensure tickets are assigned in a timely manner

.Travel Authorization System:

Review Requests as they come in:

Review each TA independently and confirm all information is correct and action as required

Run query reports on Status and confirm communicate to Travel Authorization owners on next steps and guide them

Run daily reports to keep system clean

oResponsible for managing the incoming itineraries

Email Traveler, Proxy (if applicable) and Manager with final travel for all Business Travelers

Partner with Project Resourcing Team to ensure final travel email is sent toProject Travelers

oResponsible for understanding the Online Booking Tool and utilizing it to book travel

Confident in knowledge of Online Booking Tool and ability to train and discuss with Oceaneers.

oOther duties may be assigned as required

.Report directly to Global Mobility Lead

Qualifications

Qualifications

2-4 years in an Travel and/or Global Mobility related experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
