This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Human Resource Executive at Kabra Express Logistics Private Limited, located in Ahmedabad. As a Senior Human Resource Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. You will play a vital role in supporting the organization's growth by attracting, retaining, and developing talented individuals who align with our company values and goals.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.

Sound knowledge of HR principles, policies, and best practices.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
