We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join Scopely's Accounts team in Bangalore on a hybrid basis!

What You'll Do

Timely, accurate and efficient processing of invoices, expenses and credit notes

Correct GL coding and service date

Accruals/Prepayments/VAT/Fixed Assets correctly booked

Check for duplications and inaccuracies

Liaise with in-country finance to understand nature of expense

Ensure SSC remains compliant with the SLA's and KPI's

Ensure correct PO allocation and raise any inquiries with procurement team in order to solve PO issues

Audit assistance (Document retrieval, narratives, ad-hoc queries)

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Oracle Fusion ERP

Knowledge and understanding of basic accounting principles

International Shared Service Accounts Payable experience

What We're Looking For

Energetic, organised, positive self-starter person with pro-active 'can-do' professional attitude

3+ years experience in a high volume, metrics-driven environment

Excellent inter-personal and communication skills

High attention to detail
