Corporate Communications Officer

We are currently looking for a passionate and innovative Corporate Communications Officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate is someone who's capable to handle the below responsibilities:

Execute the communication policies and procedures, as well as the implementation of related processes and performance measurement models.

Ensure effective use of all communication channels to meet audience requirements and strategic communication objectives.

Manage, write and dispatch company-wide internal communications and Newsletters ensuring consistency in message, and alignment with corporate strategy.

Work with external communication stakeholders to proactively plan and manage corporate media/press, including on web portal and social networks; coordinate briefing notes, media articles, press releases and other written communications products.

Organize and manage corporate internal events in coordination with legal entites/departments

Provide Senior Management with communication support to develop and deliver critical communication requirements including, speeches, articles, corporate presentations etc.…

Monitor communication stories relating to the company and its brands, and maximize opportunities for positive PR to enhance visibility.

Support the company's corporate social responsibility and sponsorship efforts, to enforce a positive and engaged image of Fattal in the community.

Monitor communication metrics and budget, ensuring goals achievement within set budget.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders/employees and promote the corporate image and reputation of the company.

Qualifications

Fresh Graduate or 2 years of similar experience

Bachelor's degree in Communication

Excellent command of English and Arabic

Good computer skills
