What Would You Do

As a Retention Marketing Intern within our OTT platform, you'll be responsible for assisting the team with marketing campaigns across various channels to drive re-engagement, activation, and renewal. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, utilize data analysis for informed decision-making, and maintain a focus on achieving daily key results.

Responsibilities :

Channel Ownership:

Manage all marketing channels including push notifications, WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, email, etc.

Develop and execute strategies tailored to each channel to maximize user engagement and retention.

Campaign Management:

Conceptualize, plan, and execute campaigns with a focus on re-engagement, activation, and renewal.

Ensure campaigns are delivered effectively across all channels, optimizing for performance and user experience.

Data Analysis:

Utilize data analytics tools to derive insights and optimize campaign performance.

Monitor key metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and iterate on strategies accordingly.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with design, tech, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Project Management:

Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from planning to implementation and analysis.

Prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

You Should Apply If You Have

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving results.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Note: Experience in retention projects is preferred but not mandatory. We value candidates who demonstrate a proactive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to driving impactful results in retention marketing.
