Manager - Program Management

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Prepare Master Project Plan and track the progress against the plan & control project time plan to ensure on time project execution.

Gateway tracking and clearance - Ensure project execution in adherence to the defined Product development processes. Plan, review & facilitate MPDS gateway compliance & approval through gateway approval process in line with project plan. De-bottleneck issues based on dependencies and facilitate gateway clearance.

Scope Management - Monitor & track scope changes and regularize with implications and sign off.

Project Investments and Material Costs - Prepare project investments in line with Project scope with all stakeholders, facilitate internal reviews, CPE reviews for submission into business case (BC) and to get approvals. Alignment of material costs w.r.t engg. change content, internal reviews and submission for BC. Monitor Capital budget and Revenue budget for alignment, necessary escalations and approvals.

Risk analysis and mitigation â Proactively flag potential risks to program TCP targets, Facilitate risk assessment for each deliverables, develop mitigation plans.

Project review meeting with CFT team, record & track review proceedings, resolution of project issues.

Generate MIS reports with adequate indicators & analysis (KPI, Dashboard) and monitor

Lead and facilitate preparation, presentation for Management reviews.

Knowledge on the Project Management process & New Product Development Processes

Knowledge of Project Budget & Product Costing

Quality Processes (Stage Gate process/PTR/FTR/APQP,DFMEA/PFMEA Etc.)

Creating project plans using MS Project, Excel,

Tracking issues / risks using Excel
