Job Position: Recruiter Specialist

Location: Lalbagh, Mumbai

Salary Upto: 7-8 Lacs P.A.

Must have recruiting experience in the Hospitality industry

Recruiter Specialist JD:

-As a Recruitment Specialist at Hunger Inc., you will be an integral part of managing our company's entire recruitment cycle.

-Our head office is in Lalbagh and this role will work on-site, with weekly travel to the Hunger Inc outlets based on the hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

-Be responsible and accountable for the entire recruitment process

-Apply effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques

-Set processes to improve the efficiency of the recruitment cycle

-Use job platforms, agencies, recruitment groups, etc. effectively to source candidates for all our brands

-Work closely with hiring managers across brands to understand staffing needs and meet hiring goals

-Perform reference and background checks for shortlisted candidates

-Compile, negotiate, and send offer letters to selected candidates

-Maintain database for job descriptions of existing roles and develop the same for all unique roles in the organization

-Maintain talent pipeline for critical roles

Requirements

Qualifications

-Min 4-6 years of recruiting experience in the Hospitality industry

-Fluent communication and influencing skills in English & Hindi

-Professional attitude, strong screening, and interviewing skills

-Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and any Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

-Working knowledge of job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Indeed, etc
