Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager - Financial Analyst & Cost Controller to join our team at CFI. As the Senior Financial Analyst & Cost Controller Manager, you will be responsible to play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing expenses while providing critical financial insights to support the decision-making. This position is responsible for overseeing cost control initiatives and conducting in-depth financial analysis to enhance the company's financial performance. The Senior Financial Analyst & Cost Controller Manager will be a critical member of the finance team, responsible for ensuring that the company's resources are utilized efficiently and in line with strategic objectives. This role will contribute significantly to cost reduction and financial stability while supporting overall business growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement cost control strategies and initiatives to optimize expenses and ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.

Monitor and analyze MOM expenditure patterns per service and per account identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

Collaborate with department heads and teams to implement cost-saving measures without compromising operational quality.

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.

Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.

Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Manage the allocation of expenses to different departments and Markets as well as cost centers.

Ensure accurate and timely booking of expenses by collaborating with the R2R team.

Develop and maintain expense policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and consistency.

Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, providing valuable input and analysis.

Monitor budget variances and work with stakeholders to address deviations and recommend corrective actions.

Provide analyses on the supplier contracts such as marketing suppliers.

Continuously assess vendor performance and seek opportunities to optimize supplier relationships.

Build and maintain financial models to support long-term financial planning and decision-making.

Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to assess the impact of different financial strategies.

Work closely with the R2R team to review and validate booked expenses, ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Collaborate with IT and data analytics teams to leverage technology for expense tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting & financial management, cost control, R2R and financial analysis

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proven experience in preparing and analyzing Financial statements, and Management accounts.

Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.

Previous experience in Finance department within Financial brokerage is considered high advantage.

Knowledge of international accounting standards and regulations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
