Patrol Associate

Following standardized workflows for reviewing user-generated content including images and text. Please note this role may involve occasionally viewing offensive or objectionable content.

Evaluating multiple complex attributes to successfully identify fraudulent listings and suspicious behaviors, and taking appropriate steps to remove the user or their content if necessary.

Building and maintaining knowledge and understanding of new and evolving fraud trends as well as Poshmark s content policies.

Independently handling daily assigned tasks while consistently meeting productivity and quality expectations.

Participating in all required training and coaching sessions including providing feedback to management concerning potential areas of improvement.

Other duties as assigned.
