Global Documentation Associate

This role leads the entire process of preparing pre and post shipment documents to move goods efficiently through import export steps.

Monitor Pre-post shipment banking closures & database claims.

Requirement:

Graduation in any stream, with PG Diploma in Export/Import or Supply Chain Management is preferred.

5-8 years experience in independently handling Export/Import Order Management with good knowledge of its documentation in Chemical industry.

Excellent communication skills, fluency in written & spoken English language.

Conversant with SAP sales & distribution module and use of MS Word, Excel & PPT

Knowledge of all export and import related documents.

Customer complaint handling.

Data management with accuracy and data analysis
