Currently we are looking for a process orientated and dedicated customer service professional to support our order to cash process.
This role will be part of our customer service team, based in Mumbai. The incumbent needs to work from office.
Role:
Own order to cash process.
Amendment in the orders
Updating change in the shipping schedule
Proactively updating the current document status.
Scrutinizing the LC drafts
Shipping lines (Coordination & Communication) outside India
Sending BL/Shipping instructions to forwarders & shipping line
Banking- Scrutiny: LC draft scrutiny Local & global customers.
Checking - Final LC transmission on bank portal
Preparing the collection letters on the bank portal
Presenting documents against LC
Requirement:
Graduation in any stream, with PG Diploma in Export/Import or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
5-7 years experience in independently handling Export/Import Order Management with good knowledge of its documentation in Chemical industry.
Excellent communication skills, fluency in written and spoken English.
Conversant with SAP sales & distribution module and use of MS Word, Excel & PPT
Knowledge of all export and import related documents.
Customer complaint handling.
Data management with accuracy and data analysis
