UI/UX Designer

UI/UX Design: Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for mobile and web applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

User Research: Conduct user research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of the target audience in rural areas, translating insights into design solutions.

Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows to cross-functional teams.

Mobile Application Design: Design user interfaces for mobile applications with a focus on simplicity, accessibility, and user-centric principles.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, frontend developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and technical constraints.

Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iteratively refine designs based on user insights.

Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across all applications.

Visual Design: Create visually appealing and cohesive designs that align with SarvaGrams brand identity and resonate with the target audience.

Accessibility: Ensure that designs adhere to accessibility standards, making financial applications inclusive for users with diverse abilities.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented design culture. Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

3-5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on mobile applications.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Portfolio: Showcase a diverse portfolio of UI/UX design projects, highlighting your process, problem-solving skills, and the impact of your designs.

Collaborative Skills: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions.

Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.
