Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented design culture. Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on mobile applications.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
