Responsibilities

Outline Information and DATA requirements and compile available data/ Documents highlight additional data requirements to the Audit Managers.

Conduct details process walkthrough and develop comprehensive understanding of auditee systems and processes; participate in knowledge transfer discussions with process owners if required.

Implement Sampling and Testing procedures as per the Audit checklist, Identify Non - Compliance (Design - Operating Gaps) and score and classify observations in line with Pre-Defined Scales.

And submit observations along with associated evidence to the Audit Managers for review.

Perform meticulous documentation and record Keeping of the Audit execution and reporting process, leveraging process, Leveraging AMS wherever applicable.

Liaison with Third Party Audit Teams for effective delivery and engagement.

Liaise with business SPOCs to update Audit findings, identify root cause, clarifications, and Corrective Actions & Preventive Actions to provide IA related updates to Audit Manager /Sector Head / HO team, as and when required.
