Perform measurement planning, on-going data collection from variety of stakeholders, enabling the team to perform robust analysis of all marketing channels
Have hands on experience of at least 5 years on Digital Analytics and pharma related business use cases
Prepares and present reporting results, new process, new implementation methodology or approach to business stakeholders and digital marketing teams
Work with business, to meet data needs to execute marketing campaigns and report on results
Define and create custom segments, scores, and reporting as needed for marketing execution or performance interpretation
Understand and manage flow of data for an assigned client, and recommend changes to processes as needed to improve accuracy and efficiency
Understand how a client s marketing data is used and provide recommendations on how to improve the available data. Also develop best practices for the business on data enablement and collection approach.
Liaison with client on a daily basis to understand the regular and adhoc reporting and analytics needs
Must be proficient in SQL and ability to pull data from variety of different databases, including manipulating and set-up up ongoing pulls.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis and obtain data points for reporting.
Establish thorough understanding of customer requirements, potential business implications and provide business insights
Work to automate data from business stakeholder to a centralized database working seamlessly with IT
Should have experience in creating business and technical documentation like BRD, FRD, TDD, FIAs etc
About you:
5+ years of experience as Digital analyst with good data understanding
Experience in driving and leading data strategy process, approach with in the organization
Proficient with data visualization and report creation with at least one Business Intelligence Tool (eg Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Cognos, etc)
Experience in SQL queries and other databases, both relational and non-relational in structure
Expert with basic MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Good communication skills
Should have a functional understanding of cloud and on-premise databases like Amazon Redshift and Postgre and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio etc
