JOB DESCRIPTION:

Rolespecific skillsets:

..Strongbusiness process (Sales and Retailing) and technology analysis skills - abilityto understand MD&D/ similar industry and customer requirements

..Take thelead on distributor onboarding activities (Interviewing the dealer, Requirementgathering, Gap analysis, coordinating with various stakeholder, UAT, DealerAgreement Signoff, User Access Management, Documentation, Go-Live andSupport)

..Manage& tracking customer incidents/ new requests

..Handholdingcustomer resolving the issues through Phone, chat Remote Desktop, and emailcommunication channels as per the agreed SLAs

..Providethe necessary training to the distributor as per the need

..Dataanalysis skills - ability to interpret data and reports for businessrequirements

..Partnerwith Technical Support team members on various strategic projects when needed

..Runmonitoring reports for usage, performance, and/or availability.

..Manage themaster data for Dealer

Working Model:Work-from-office

Shift Timings:Nexdigm operates in multiple shifts to helpcater to our clients better:

Morning shift - 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

General shift - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Evening Shift - 3:30 pm to 12:30 am

Please Note: Shift timings differ basis the role. The shift timing allocated to youwill depend on the scope of work and will be communicated to you during theoffer discussion.

DESIREDCANDIDATE PROFILE:

Any Bachelor's Degree

0 - 2 years of relevant experience in L1 customer support (voice and email), with a strong customer interaction experience

Should understand the Retail business including supply chain fundamentals and organizational hierarchy

Passion to be a part of a smart working and winning team

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Excellent ability to learn and articulate software-related and technical concepts

Strong active listening skills and excellent written and oral communications skills (English and Hindi)

Strong attention to detail when communicating with customers (verbal & written)

Ability to empathize with customers and convey confidence

Expertise working with Microsoft Excel and Reporting Tools

Strong documentation skills

Strong interpersonal and soft skills
