Product Owner - Blink

The Product Owner plays a critical role in shaping the direction of digital products, ensuring they not only meet the current needs of customers but also anticipate future trends and opportunities. Role and Responsibilities:

Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and creativity.

Gather and synthesize detailed product requirements, ensure they align with strategic priorities.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.

Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap that outlines key milestones and deliverables.

Ensure the roadmap aligns with business priorities and customer needs.

Collaborate with quality assurance and UX/UI teams to ensure high-quality, user-friendly products.

Advocate for a customer-centric approach in design and development.

Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for new features, enhancements, or technological advancements.

Continuously assess and improve products based on user feedback and market trends.

Qualifications & Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Economy, Industrial Engineering).

3-5 years of Banking experience, including 2+ years as a product owner or business analyst for banking operations, core banking applications, and digital channels.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Ability to make data-driven decisions and align product strategy with overall business goals.

Willingness to stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.

Substantial experience in product management, with a track record of successful product deliveries.
