Responsibilities
Check the Log messages & mails pertaining to House Keeping & organize shift work
accordingly with respect to specific functions, VIP movement, Project co-ordination, Training,
special cleaning schedules, meetings, etc.
Ensure adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and processes.
Liaise with all levels of staff, management team, stakeholders & suppliers.
Task force rounds along with maintenance team to be taken of the terminal daily.
Liaise with all depts. for day-to-day operational issues.
Provide support to facilities management on issues concerning the P&M workforce
scheduling.
Maintain good union-management relations and employee involvement.
Coordinate special projects for housekeeping requirements.
Monitor safety and health standards and ensure inspections and corrective actions are
carried out.
Ensure budgets and business plans are consistent with the strategic direction.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety awareness and team development.
Certify cleaning processes using process auditing tools.
Conduct monthly staff meetings & plan training schedules for HK Team
Build a rapport with stakeholders & suppliers maintaining relationships & building new ones
to enhance the quantity & quality.
Work as a team & assist in achieving set goals.
Contribute ideas & suggestions to enhance operational & environment procedures in the
organization.
Ensure one is familiar with the emergency procedures at the location one is working in.
To report any work injury, illness, incident, or dangerous events to the CEO including staff,
suppliers or clients.
Communicate effectively & promptly as required of the position.
Qualifications
A Graduate in any discipline from a university/institute of repute recognized by UGC.
