Product and Partnerships Specialist

As a leading immersive tours company, No Footprints is seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Product and Partnerships Specialist for our Delhi operations

This role is a unique opportunity for a candidate with a background in political science or history, a deep understanding of Delhi s rich history, and a genuine interest in its cultural scene

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing innovative products and establishing meaningful partnerships to enhance the immersive experience we offer to our clients

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Political Science or History, providing a solid foundation for understanding the cultural and historical context of Delhi.

Knowledge of Delhi s History and Cultural Scene: In-depth knowledge and awareness of Delhi s historical significance, cultural heritage, and contemporary developments.

Genuine interest in Delhi s cultural scene, with an enthusiasm for exploring and showcasing its diverse offerings.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the richness of Delhi s history and culture to diverse audiences.

Strong interpersonal skills: Natural ability to connect with people, fostering positive relationships with partners, guides, and other stakeholders.

Prior Event Planning Experience preferred: Prior experience in event planning is a plus, demonstrating the ability to organize and execute successful events.

Freshers with Extra-Curricular Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, but they must showcase significant extra-curricular experience in college, particularly in event planning and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development: Ideate, develop, and implement innovative products that align with No Footprints Delhi s vision

Guide Content Development: Create engaging and informative guide content, drawing on a solid background in Delhi s history and culture.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including partners and guides, to develop and execute immersive tour experiences.

Recruitment and Training: Play a key role in recruiting and onboarding a pool of freelance guides, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality tours.

Partnership Building: Establish and nurture partnerships with relevant organizations, ensuring a diverse and enriching set of experiences for clients.

Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their preferences and expectations, incorporating feedback into product development and enhancement.

Operational Support: Provide operational support for the seamless execution of tours, addressing any challenges that may arise during the planning and execution phases.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences to continually enhance No Footprints Delhi s product portfolio.
