Job Description

Draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, including those related to energy services consulting, vendors, non-disclosure, financial and other agreements.

Work as part of the legal team, and cross-functionally with other teams on a variety of commercial

matters.

Work closely with members of the legal, finance and commercial teams to develop scalable processes

and procedures.

Miscellaneous legal projects that arise within the legal team

The Successful Applicant

You should be an LLB graduate with at-least three years of experience ideally both law firm and in-house. You should have strong contract drafting and negotiation skills. You should be qualified to practice in the USA and registered with the bar (California, NY)
