Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience

Reporting daily weekly and monthly.

Following up with candidates till on-boarding

Source candidates & build a strong network of candidates through expert use of online sourcing techniques, networking, referrals etc.

Conducting phone interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions

Understanding the clients requirements and screening the candidates as per the JD.

Can conduct multiple test as a screening process/documentation and offer released.

Maintaining relationships both internally and candidates to ensure staffing goals are achieved

Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

Excellent team player

Excellent organizational, and interpersonal skills

Knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

Manage changing priorities in a dynamic, high-pressure, fast-paced environment
