Senior Associate, Corporate Actions Team Lead

We're seeking a future team member for the role of .This role is open for location and it's currently a Hybrid work model.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Ability to learn/understand/comply with SEC rule 15c3-3 (as this is a regulatory position)

Prior experience with Stock Record/Takeoff reports (this is a plus).

Good analytical skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products, specifically M.S Excel.

Able to work with Macros.

Ability to Problem Solve.

Must be comfortable with the shift time - 5 pm to 2 am (during day-light savings) and 6 pm to 3 am (during day light saving end period)

Education & Experience:

Graduation or Post Graduation with 7+ years of work experience.

Should be ready to take relevant FINRA certification as per process requirements.
