Assistant Manager R&D (Spray Lacquer)

Basic Understanding of Spray Lacquer/Paints:

Demonstrate proficiency in the fundamental principles of spray lacquer/paint application.

Understand the chemical composition, properties, and functionalities of various lacquer/paint formulations.

Formulation Knowledge:

Possess a basic understanding of formulating spray lacquers/paints.

Collaborate with the research and development team to contribute insights for formulation improvement and innovation.

Working Knowledge of Spray Lacquer Application:

Apply expertise in spray lacquer application techniques on different substrates such as metal, wood, glass, etc.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in application processes.

Troubleshooting and Client Trials:

Identify and resolve technical issues related to spray lacquer/paint application.

Conduct trials at client sites, providing technical support and guidance as needed.

Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address customer concerns and optimize product performance.
