Facilities Maintenance Engineer III (FT) (Horseshoe Tunica)

DESCRIPTION: * Responsible for monitoring, servicing and repairing all ice makers, walk-in coolers, freezers, beer chillers, yogurt machine and all refrigerators.

* Maintains working conditions of restaurant equipment including fryers, dishwashers, stoves, food mixers and buffet line equipment.

* Monitors temperature controls in Casino and Theater and makes adjustments to tabs and thermostats on heating and air conditioning equipment to keep guest comfortable.

* Responsible for ordering parts, receiving and stocking parts and maintaining parts inventory.

* Designs and installs refrigeration and heating and air conditioning equipment.

* Designs and installs ducting, grills, controls for changes and new additions to heating and air conditioning systems.

* Maintains Hotsy Pressure washer and Biocinematic Electronic air filters.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum of four years' experience in at least two of the following areas: heating, cooling, electrical, television, plumbing or telephone systems.

* Licenses or certifications in HVAC, Refrigeration, Electronics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Welding of other electrical, structural, or building discipline is highly desired and preferred.

* Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team.

Physical, Mental & Environmental Demands: * Physical, Mental & Environmental Demands: * Must be capable of maneuvering for prolonged periods of time, both inside and outside, sometimes in extreme temperatures.

* Must possess coordination and dexterity to work with power and hand tools such as drills, electric saws, hammers, sewer snakes, etc * Respond to visual and aural cues.

* Must be able to stoop, bend, jump and carry heavy loads.

* Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.

* Must be able to maneuver on level surfaces, as well as up and down stairs.

Must be able to think clearly and respond calmly in all situations.

* Must be able to learn and retain locations, operation and repair procedures of the property mechanical systems, equipment and life safety system.

* Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
