Dispatch / Customer Service Representative

Infinity Texas Air in Forney, TX is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Associate / Dispatcher to help our customers get the HVAC help they need.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE / DISPATCHER As a Customer Service Associate / Dispatcher, you schedule and book services or sales appointments, develop profitable sales, acquire customers through performing direct sales activities, and provide support to other staff as needed.

You also dispatch, manage, and allocate resources to meet the expectations of our clients.

Leveraging your organizational skills, you process paperwork and payments as well as maintain sales lead information, perform data entry, and update customer information.

You also utilize some of your communication and sales skills to develop self-generated leads through networking, data mining, and referral generation from previous clients.

This also includes selling new service agreements and renewing existing service agreements.

You work closely with a number of other people and departments to coordinate scheduling or dispatching, identify sales opportunities, and follow up.

You feel good about using your skills to help keep our office running efficiently!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE / DISPATCHER * 2+ years of customer service or dispatch experience, preferably in the HVAC industry * Ability to learn our products and services * Computer literate including familiarity with Excel and Word as well as with smartphones, email, and text messaging * A clean, neat, and professional appearance Are you willing to learn and improve your knowledge and skills?

Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills?

Can you work well with others?

Are you able to manage your time well and prioritize your tasks accordingly?
