JOB SUMMARY: The AVP, Marketing Technology Developer/Specialist, Digital Banking is responsible for working directly with the MarTech Lead and for the continual development and management of the digital banking client facing technology platforms. This position ensures a high-quality experience with minimal friction to the users for MarTech (Marketing Automation, Website, CDP and Privacy/Consent Management) platforms.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partner with marketing to develop and maintain the martech stack based on business needs

Develop processes and approaches with internal and external partners to ensure all guidelines are being followed for all front end applications including but not limited to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Wordpress, Qualtrics etc

Produce, maintain and modify martech capabilities/codes and user interfaces as new requirements are developed

Ensure exceptional user experience is delivered via the martech tech stack

Routinely testing all martech capabilities for ease of use, speed and other quality factors, including fixing any website issues or bugs that arise

Ensure all web design follows best practices for web-performance and accessibility guidelines

Support internal and external stakeholders with new requirements, troubleshooting and be an SME of all martech services & technical implementations.

Drive SDLC processes for relevant scrum teams, leading ceremonies where appropriate, coordinate testing/releases and continuously align with broader team for dependencies.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for digital banking

Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent education and related training

8 – 12 years of experience in marketing technology with experience in financial service preferred

5+ years of proven experience working in Marketing Technology/Front End Engineering or Web Development in a technical role

Previous experience working in a SCRUM or Agile environment.

Solid background in HTML/CSS/JavaScript Frameworks such as Next.js, React, Node or GraphQL

Prior experience with AMPscript, CloudPages

Familiarity with Web SDK, SOAP and REST API integrations

Prior experience with Google Tag Manager

Knowledge of Google’s Core Web Vitals and Accessibility Compliant Standards

Ability to be a self-starter, flexible, and adaptive.

Prior knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and Marketing Automation Tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Segment, Eloqua or Marketo

Familiarity with SQL and Snowflake is a plus

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the Bank

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
