References : 3 reference from recent project

Minimum Qualification

Experience Maintain current project management skills.

Experience Demonstrate a working understanding of Oversight Project Management responsibilities.

Experience Possess strong business analytical skills.

Experience Exhibit extensive knowledge and expertise in project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices, and change management techniques.

Experience The Contractor must be capable of fulfilling the dual role of Project Manager and Business Analyst

Experience The Contractor must effectively manage medium to complex cross-functional tasks between Information Technology (IT) and Business units

Skill The Contractor must work independently on concurring PALM assigned tasks.

Certification Must be a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI)
