Performive is looking for a highly motivated, experienced, knowledgeable Client Success Manager. You will be responsible for managing relationships with current and new clients, advising and consulting with clients on best practices, assisting in service delivery by communicating expectations, and overall, being our client’s advocate within our company. Great customer service skills and the ability to keep our clients happy is necessary – If our sales team is the reason we generate new clients, you’re the reason they stay. Job Summary

This is a great opportunity reserved for an individual looking to develop a career in IT sales – inside sales and customer service focused.

The Client Success Manager (CSM) is a hybrid customer service - sales role, responsible for supporting inbound requests within an installed base of customers. Additionally, driving new upgrades and cross-selling opportunities within that base of customers currently doing business with Performive creates a commissionable opportunity for the CSM.

Job Description

Essential Functions

Supporting an installed base of customers by resolving inbound requests via tickets, email, phone or live chat for billing issues, support issues, and requests to add additional services.

Work with active customers to develop a deep understanding of their needs and translate those needs into product requirements that satisfy their demands

Able to effectively multi-task in multiple systems and effectively communicate with customers regarding their IT infrastructure

Manages incoming workstreams prioritizes customer requests and ensures commitments are consistently achieved for customers.

Required Qualifications

Required experience in IT sales or customer service in an IT services company.

Preferred experience within a high-paced managed services environment.

Commitment to excellence and a heightened sense of urgency towards a customer base.

Preferred understanding of VMware, Veeam, IaaS, Cloud, Network, DRaaS, Backup/Recovery

Outstanding presentation skills (verbal and written)

Excellent internal and external communication skills

Takes initiative; identifies opportunities, qualifies opportunities, and can develop and execute plans of action.
