Our XL Productivity Appliance is transforming the world of manufacturing and selling at a record pace. It is an IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) device that monitors manufacturing processes, identifies production losses, and equips our customers to improve their manufacturing productivity. XL is installed on 35,000+ processes across 45 countries.

You will serve as a trusted expert for our products and will work with our customers to provide pre-sales information, installation guidance, technical support, training sessions, and to deliver paid consultative services - all in service of helping our customers achieve dramatic improvements in their manufacturing productivity. You will work with customers through onboarding, adoption, implementation, training, retention, and ultimate satisfaction.

You will work with our Marketing team to create and continuously improve pre-sales materials and “sage” content. You will work with our Sales team to generate quotes, identify expansion opportunities, and to recommend product improvements. You will work with our Engineering team to provide defect reports and to test software releases. About half your time will be spent directly supporting customers and half will be spent on related projects.

This is currently a hybrid position with one day in office per week (up to three days per week during training).

Requirements

This role is highly collaborative and interactive; the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong skills in engaging others in a consistently positive, helpful, and friendly manner.

Bachelor’s degree; ideally with coursework in a technical discipline.

Three years’ experience in a technical support, customer service, or related role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Very strong writing and editing skills

Demonstrated strong aptitude in technology, computing, or computer networking.

Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Travel up to 10% of the time for trade shows and for customer site visits to deliver services.

Bonus Points

Familiarity with manufacturing processes.

Strong skills with Adobe Creative Cloud.
