Job Description:

As the Marketing Director at NPK Hospitality, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement for our restaurants and private event venues. You will collaborate closely with the executive team, sales managers, culinary teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver impactful marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals and revenue targets.

Define target customer segments and develop tailored marketing strategies to reach and engage each segment effectively.

Develop brand positioning strategies to differentiate our restaurants and event venues in the market.

Oversee the development of creative assets, including branding materials, advertising campaigns, and digital content.

Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website management, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.

Collaborate with event sales managers to promote private events and special occasions hosted at our venues.

Develop event-specific marketing campaigns and collateral to attract corporate clients, wedding parties, and other target segments.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of event marketing initiatives.

Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Proven experience in marketing leadership roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in restaurants and event management.

Strong understanding of restaurant operations, event planning, and customer service principles.

Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media management, and website optimization.

Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools.

Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision with short-term objectives.

Proven leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business priorities.
