Inside Sales Agent - Top Real Estate Team Full-Time

At the Curtin Team, we are looking for a highly driven, full-time, or part-time Inside Sales Agent with a passion for turning leads into lifelong customers. We're seeking a natural communicator with a passion for building relationships and delivering concierge-quality service. In this role, you'll engage with clients through calls, texts, and emails, nurturing client-centered relationships and identifying opportunities for our agents. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about customer service, understand the importance of relationship building, and preferably hold or are pursuing a Georgia Real Estate License. Responsibilities

Schedule appointments for Listing and Buyer Agents

Follow up with past clients and pipeline of prospects

Input /manage client-lead databases

Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks

Attend training and establish daily role-play partners

Practice, memorize, and internalize scripts

Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met

Manage 30+ new leads each week and work with existing leads to convert them into buying/listing appointments

Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leadsQualifications

Ability to be in an office for the entire day making sales contacts

Comfortable working in a commission-driven role

Excellent follow-up, organizational, and time management skills

Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented, must create a follow-up system for the best results

Focused on developing a career by participating in ongoing training

Confident telephone voice
