Band : B2 Location : Gurgaon/Bengaluru Shift Timings - 24*7 (Rotational shift) Job Summary Job Overview: Our team is actively seeking a motivated and talented Senior Endpoint Systems Engineer with SCCM & Intune administration and operations skills.

Requirements: Support a 10,000+ endpoint environment which operates 24/7/365.

Deploy, manage, and maintain software packages, updates, and operating systems using SCCM/Intune.

Maintain SCCM client installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Create and maintain SCCM task sequences, collections, queries, and reports.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks.

Monitoring, and maintenance of our SCCM & Intune systems.

Monitor SCCM infrastructure health, performance, and security.

Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for endpoint-related issues.

Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, and network protocols.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SCCM integration with other systems and applications.

Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar are a plus.

Experience with Autopilot and configuration policy management.

Troubleshoot & fix issues of Windows Registry and File System, GPO, and Security Privileges.

Knowledge of ticketing and workflow tools e.g., Service-Now, and Jira.

Attention to detail and strong documentation skills is a must via creating and maintaining documentation and/or wiki pages for all projects.

Represents ideas and thoughts in a clear and focused manner using effective verbal and nonverbal communication techniques.

The ideal candidate must have a thorough understanding of enterprise-level system admin tasks and will be able to multitask and prioritize multiple projects while working independently and as a part of a team.
