dunnhumby Norway AS is a joint venture between Coop Norge Handel AS and dunnhumby ltd. Based on the Customer First principle, we deliver customer insight and data-driven marketing for Coop and its suppliers. dunnhumby Norway has 40 employees in Norway and 15 employees in India.

We’re looking for a Customer Engagement & Media Consulting Lead who will work as a part of our Solutions Team.

At dunnhumby our Customer Engagement & Media propositions help Coop and our CPG clients connect and improve every interaction they have with their customers to reward their loyalty, deliver personalised communications and experiences across seamless Customer journeys whilst connecting brands and retailers to customers, all with customer data at the centre. This is an exciting opportunity to further develop your technical expertise and consulting skills in these areas and grow your retail experience, whilst shaping the future of Membership strategy, personalisation, CRM and Retail Media with Coop.

In this role you will provide technical and business consultancy to propose and deliver value-adding propositions that meet Coop and CPG client needs across these areas. You will be required to have a strong understanding of, and consult on, the end-to-end solution from data requirements and data science through to back-end integration and how the solution is surfaced to the end consumer.

You’ll be seen as the local expert in dunnhumby Customer Engagement & Media propositions, working closely with our global Capability and Product teams, consulting on how we most effectively implement and integrate these with Coop, whilst also building the capability around these propositions in the dunnhumby Norway team. You will work directly with Coop to be seen as a trusted advisor with deep technical expertise paired with a strong understanding of their business.

At dunnhumby, you will work in a world-leading retail data science company with specialist expertise in customer data, category development, campaign and price, customer communications and media. You will experience being part of a large international network, but at the same time work closely with Coop in a dynamic environment with opportunities to experiment and learn.

You are technically savvy, analytical, curious and solution-oriented and at the same time you are a strong team player and relationship builder.

Who are you?

Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing or Engineering

Have experience within the retail industry, media agencies or consulting

Have experience working with Customer Experience, Media or CRM

Have good technical knowledge of the application of enabling technologies for Customer Experience / CRM / media

Are structured, result-oriented and aware of responsibility

Are able to play the role of project manager for small and medium sized projects

Are curious and not afraid to challenge established truths

Are a collaborative team player but also able to drive forwards projects independently

Are fluent and have good written skills in English. Norwegian language skills are beneficial.
