We’re looking for an Engineering Manager who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to extend and improve dunnhumby’s Software Engineering Department. It’s an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities for us and influence global retailers.

Joining our team, you’ll work with world class and passionate engineers building world’s first omnichannel B2B SaaS platform for end-to-end management of Advertisement campaigns. Our product is still under active development, and you will get to contribute in scaling to serve a growing global customer base. You will have the opportunity to collaborate, learn and influence the architecture & design working with globally distributed product engineering teams. The platform is built on a Microservices architecture, and the technology stack includes React/JS on frontend, .NET C# on the backend, and hosted mainly on GCP, but may also include other cloud platforms. You will be leading a talented team of 5 – 7 full stack engineers.

What we expect from you

Build our applications using C# .Net Core with a React front end

Work with containerization and cloud technologies such as docker and Kubernetes

Experience with at least one major cloud provider (GCP, Azure)

Experience with CI / CD tools (Octopus, Gitlab)

Proven experience in a leadership role within Software Engineering

Strong background in end-to-end feature delivery

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Software Engineering best practices

A track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing engineering teams
