Key Responsibilities:

System Design and Architecture: Responsible for designing and architecting ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements. They must understand the platform's capabilities and limitations to design scalable and efficient solutions.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborating with stakeholders, including business analysts and end-users, to gather and analyse requirements for ServiceNow implementations. Then translate these requirements into technical specifications and solutions.

Customization and Configuration: ServiceNow Architects customize and configure the platform to meet specific business needs. This involves creating new modules, workflows, business rules, UI pages, and integrations with other systems.

Integration and Data Migration: Integrating ServiceNow with other third-party applications and systems is a crucial aspect of the job. ServiceNow Architects design and implement integration solutions and manage data migration when required.

Development and Scripting: Writing and maintaining scripts and code (JavaScript, Glide API, Glide AJAX etc.) for ServiceNow applications and enhancements.

Performance Optimization: Optimizing ServiceNow performance and monitoring system health to ensure smooth and efficient operation. Timely upgrades the system and monitor changes happen in an upgrade.

Troubleshooting and Support: Providing technical support to resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.

Documentation: Preparing detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, system designs, and implementation guidelines.

Project Management: Managing the technical aspects of ServiceNow projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating tasks with the team members.

What we expect from you:

ServiceNow Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Business Management (ITBM), CSM, HRSD, Orchestration, Security Application (User Access Audit), Scoped Applications, Virtual Agent and its integration with Microsoft Teams, UI Builder, and Service Portal, SAM Pro and Hardware asset management.

Integrations: Rest API, SOAP, Microsoft Teams, eBonding, Jira, Azure, Nagios, Splunk, Event monitoring tools, Security tools, Integration Hub, and third-party apps.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.

ITIL Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practices is often required, as ServiceNow is commonly used for IT service management.

Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and development teams.

Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset and the ability to identify and solve complex technical challenges
