NP/PA - Internal Medicine - Appleton - Full & Part time

ThedaCare is seeking an Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Internal Medicine team in our Encircle Health campus in Appleton, WI. The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide assessment and medical management under the direction of a physician demonstrating expertise in the role of practitioner.

Details:

1.0 FTE and 0.5 FTE available

No On-Call

Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday 7 AM to 5 PM

Outpatient only practice

Candidate must have or be in the process of acquiring an active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license. Prior experience in Family Practice or Internal Medicine is preferred.
