The Marketing Associate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere executing and managing multiple marketing elements and accounts payable responsibilities, while supporting the Marketing organization.

Responsibilities

Develop an acute understanding of SP+ core consumer marketing services as well as the clients, challenges, opportunities, and key business processes of the parking industry.

Work together with the marketing team to monitor digital marketing campaigns and assist with content development for actionable marketing strategies.

Assist the marketing team with program executions to promote incremental sales/revenue across the country.

Manage digital marketing vendors, supporting vendor relationships invoice tracking and payments.

Work with Accounts Payable colleagues to complete, track and manage vendor payments.

Support the marketing team with digital marketing campaigns ensuring accurate tracking of spending and invoicing.

Assist in the development of the corporate marketing budget.

Track monthly budget performance and line item variances.

Respond to internal client questions on marketing spend and tracking inquires.

Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via review platforms, web, email, and social media.

Qualifications

2+ years of marketing financial management

BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or Finance preferred

Solid marketing and customer service skills are a must

Excellent organizational skills

Proven ability to self-manage

Proficient to Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Knowledge of marketing program analytics software including GoogleAds and Google Analytics.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 per year
