Position: B2B Sales Marketing
Hours/Week: Full-time, 40+ hours
We are looking for a B2B Sales Representative to build and maintain relationships with a variety of contractors, (Plumbers, HVAC, etc.) throughout Northern NJ. Promote our services as the Premier Restoration company in the area and become their preferred choice when disaster strikes. Compensation:
Strong base salary commensurate with experience plus commission

Territory: Northern NJ
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors(plumbers) within territory assigned
Promote our services and referral program
Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business touchpoints
Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes
Create marketing campaign collateral using Canva
Collaborate with the franchisor Regional Marketing Manager
Manage social media accounts, post relative content and graphics, monitor all reviews and feedback and reply/ follow-up accordingly
Assist Business Development Manager for business networking functions to promote the business
Assist Business Development Manager to Coordinate and manage community and charitable events
Research local opportunities for table events to meet and greet with new vendors and contractors
Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested

Qualifications:
Marketing, Public Relations or Communications degree desired
Two or more years sales and marketing experience
Franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience ideal
