Under a little-known Supreme Court ruling, LifeWise empowers communities to provide Bible education for their public school students DURING SCHOOL HOURS. Tens of thousands of public school students attend LifeWise Bible classes each week.

About the Job

We are looking for a gospel-centered, highly creative Learning Experience Design Manager to join our team. If you have a history of building immersive and impactful learning experiences and possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, we'd love to talk with you.

Responsibilities

Design Innovative Learning Experiences

Lead the design of innovative learning experiences that engage employees, ignite imagination and drive performance.

Utilize your creative prowess to develop learning solutions that inspire and empower learners.

Script and Storyboard Writing

Write and revise scripts and storyboards as part of the learning experience design process.

Craft compelling narratives that captivate learners and convey key learning objectives.

Learning Solution Development

Design and develop learning solutions, including eLearning modules, multimedia assets, and interactive elements.

Ensure learning solutions are visually stunning, engaging and aligned with learning objectives.

Set Creative Direction

Establish creative direction for videographers, designers and talent involved in developing learning solutions.

Provide guidance and inspiration to ensure creative elements align with project goals and objectives.

Needs Analysis and Stakeholder Consultation

Review needs analysis to understand learning needs, objectives, and outcomes.

Consult with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to inform the development of learning solutions.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams

Collaborate with cross-functional team members to guide the implementation and evaluation of learning solutions.

Ensure alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Skills

Creative Problem Solving: Ability to approach challenges with creativity and innovation.

Excellent Communication: Proven experience in managing creative teams and effectively communicating ideas and concepts.

Visual Design: History of building visually stunning and engaging learning experiences.

Film Shoot Ideation and Setup: Experienced in ideating and setting up film shoots, including staging, lighting, and camera angles.

Master Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with learners.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build partnerships and gain insights and buy-in.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.

Qualifications

Proficient in eLearning authoring and multimedia development tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and video editing suites (Davinci Resolve preferred).

Proficient knowledge of adult learning theory and principles.

From $70,000 per year
