Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and solutions to support IT service management processes and workflows. The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, and experience in delivering high-quality solutions to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications and solutions to support IT service management processes such as incident management, change management, and service catalog.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT service managers, and other teams to gather requirements and define technical solutions.

Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and UI components to meet business needs.

Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.

Implement and maintain ServiceNow CMDB (Configuration Management Database) to provide a single source of truth for IT assets and configurations.

Design and implement automation solutions using ServiceNow Orchestration, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, business rules, UI policies, and ACLs (Access Control Lists) to enforce security and governance policies.

Perform platform upgrades, patches, and performance tuning to ensure the stability, reliability, and scalability of the ServiceNow environment.

Provide technical guidance, support, and training to junior developers and team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Administrator.

Strong technical skills in ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow Development, ServiceNow Administration, and ServiceNow Integration.

Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, GlideScript, and AngularJS.

Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.

Experience with ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management) and ITOM (IT Operations Management) modules is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management (CSM), or other ServiceNow modules.

Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes and best practices.

Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.

Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and Widget development.
