Sales Reps needed for fire alarm company:

MUST be experienced in fire and security (cctv, access control) – at least 3 years.

Requirements:

Must be able to read drawings, read specifications and Must be able to do take-offs (must already know how to do this)

Use the information gathered from specs, drawings and take-off to put together a bid for the project (will teach this aspect if necessary)

Be able to source products and get pricing

Be able to communicate well and assist in handling of clients

Be able to work in a construction environment

Hybrid position – should see clients in the morning and be in the office in afternoon to put together bids/pricing. Can do some work at home

• Strong computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office as well as creating spreadsheets and product presentations using the appropriate software.

• Strong verbal and written skills. Candidate must be able to demonstrate a sense of leadership in negotiations and critical thinking.

• Able to work in a team environment or individually with little direct supervision.

• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

• Sales professionals holding NICET or other industry certifications or licenses are encouraged to apply although this is not a requirement for the position.
