Responsibilities:
Comply with all the Anchor Principles and Guidelines, as well as Anchor polices and procedures.
Ensure that all equipment is safe to operate.
Build or rebuild control panels as for new or existing equipment.
Perform electrical installations as needed for new and existing equipment.
Troubleshooting and repair of any breakdowns on all equipment, utilizing PLC Logic
Immediate response to equipment failures
Documented verification of repair work
Fabrication of items needed by the manufacturing areas
Set up new equipment as needed.
Perform minor electrical troubleshooting.
Move equipment to aid manufacturing.
Perform preventative maintenance as needed.
All positions are cross functional; may assist in other areas that management deems necessary.Requirements:
Qualifications:
Five (5) years minimum of experience working with machinery. Must be familiar with stamping press controls. Sense of urgency is required, especially with machine breakdowns. Panel Building and fabrication skills a plus.
