We are expanding! Come, join a great team and grow with us. Choice Services is currently looking for a person with a great attitude to perform groundskeeping & maintenance services. This person must be personable, hardworking, detailed, presentable and have accountability. Must be able to speak English or bilingual. This job is full-time Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Job Summary:

Performs a variety of Maintenance duties as assigned including but not limited to: Air Conditioning, Electrical, Plumbing and Painting. Experience is necessary.

Perform Groundskeeping duties as assigned including but not limited to: Blowing leaves, hedging bushes, Picking up trash

Maintains all cleaning solutions in accordance with OSHA requirements for hazardous chemicals.

Removes trash from premises and assists in emergency cleaning.

Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and assigned equipment in good working condition.

Pressure wash walkways, buildings and other property using power washing equipment.

Ensures that security procedures are always adhered to.

Maintains professional working relationship with building staff and tenants.

Completes daily work orders as scheduled.

Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing duties in accordance with OSHA.

Any other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.Qualifications:

Must be able to speak English or bilingual

At least 2 years of maintenance experience

Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems

Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques

Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends

Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to communicate clearly.

Must be able to download and use the ADP time keeping app.
