What you’ll bring to the team:
Customer service experience
Must be customer service and goal-oriented, with high attention to detail, and the ability to drive the business.
Self-motivated with good communication skills, sales, and marketing experience a plus, team player.
Ability to perform physical duties in inclement weather.
Car Wash experience is a HUGE plus.

What you’ll be doing:
Greet & interact directly with our customers, providing friendly service without exception
Direct customers safely into the wash tunnel and onto the conveyor
Maintain cleanliness of the entire property including areas such as landscaping, parking lot, bathrooms, tunnel & office
Perform maintenance to all wash equipment according to company procedures
Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to store management
A day in your life might include…
This position requires occasional store transfers for training and other purposes
Must be willing and able to travel between stores within a 15-mile radius
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Excellent verbal communication skills
Effective time management
Physically able to work on their feet in all weather conditions
