Other days the floater may help with breaks or cover a classroom when a teacher is out. Their role is to support the Lead teacher in the whichever classroom they are covering. Our Floaters/Assistant Teachers typically get to know all of the different classrooms in our center by spending time in each room.

Here at The Teaching Tree ELA we are big on TEAMWORK and creating a community of our staff, families and the children within our school. We believe that staff work best in an environment where they feel supported and valued. We understand that staff who feel supported and valued show up fully at work.
