In this role, you'll play a vital part in the behavior support team, providing expertise and guidance to enhance the learning experience for students with behavioral challenges.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors

Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs

Collaborating with educators, support staff, and parents to ensure the consistent and effective implementation of behavioral interventions

Providing training and support to school staff in the utilization of behavior management strategies

Monitoring and analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of behavior interventions

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Proven experience in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans

Strong collaboration and communication skills
