This role will primarily involve ensuring the smooth running of our office through a range of administrative, financial, and managerial tasks. Responsibilities include:
• Managing office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Implementing and reviewing operational policies and procedures
• Overseeing the management of office collections and payment processes
• Coordinating with the finance department to optimize financial processes and procedures
• Handling customer inquiries related to collections and payments
• Maintaining accurate records for customer credits and collections
• Ensuring quality customer service and fostering a customer-focused approach within the team
• Working closely with other departments to improve overall company performance
• Researching and implementing new methods for improving office procedures and operations
• Managing the training and development of staff to ensure a high-performance work environment.
• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Experience with documentation and payment processing
• Ability to conduct research and ensure quality in work
• Basic knowledge of finance and collection processes
• Ability to optimize processes for efficiency
• Experience in KPI reporting and making adjustments based on results
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making and underwriting skills
• Experience as a debt collector is a plus
• Must be able to handle high-pressure situations and make necessary adjustments.
