Position Summary:

We're seeking a proactive and creative Digital and Affiliate Media Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales through digital and affiliate channels. You'll collaborate with influencers, manage affiliate partnerships, and leverage social media platforms to reach and expand our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing and affiliate strategies to meet company objectives.

- Manage and grow relationships with influencers and affiliate partners to enhance brand visibility and sales.

- Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and ensure maximum ROI on digital and affiliate marketing spend.

- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and targeted content for social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.

- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, incorporating innovative ideas into marketing campaigns.

- Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on affiliate marketing and social media management.

- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing strategies.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve campaign performance.

- Creative thinker with a passion for the beauty and supplement industry.
