This position offers a base pay, plus a monthly bonus opportunity.

Eliot Management Group by Deluxe is looking for a Merchant Relations Specialist to join the team. We’re looking for someone who posse’s excellent customer service and that go get ‘em attitude. Our merchants are our top priority so the perfect candidate would be a self-starter with an eye for problem solving.

We’ll show you everything you need to know, we just need you to be willing to give our merchants the best customer service possible!

Basic qualifications:

- General PC knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Education/Experience: 4 years of related experience a plus but not required

- Ability to make 45+ outbound calls daily

- Spanish bilingual preferred but not required

Additional Basic Qualifications:

- Must be 18 years of age or older
