Position Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Translating business requirements into comprehensive plans for development and deployment of efficient and sustainable solutions
Strategizing and collaborating with product, analytics, R&D, BI and data engineering teams to create solutions for ingesting, and handling big data from multiple internal and external sources
Understanding the performance marketing world, identifying trends and being ahead of the curve on industry changes, taking on new challenges that impact data availability and measurement capabilities, planning and preparing solutions for possible scenarios in collaboration with internal resources and external service providers
Identifying problems and opportunities for improvement in existing structures and processes, optimizing data integrity and availability
Designing solutions to extract key insights from big data
Designing solutions for effective real-time data sharing with 3rd parties
Enabling easy and efficient data extraction by our front-end teams to create flexible dashboards and reports to visualize the data
Developing and maintaining user-friendly and comprehensive documentation for various features of our marketing measurement and attribution prcesses and data flows
Designing and developing sustainable automations and tools for marketing operations and analytics
Requirements:
Experience as a Product Manager, Data Product Manager, Ad Ops, Marketing
Operations, BI Developer or similar roles in Ad-Tech, Marketing or Gaming related fields
Experience with mobile app marketing platforms and tools, such as Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager etc.
Experience working with big data and advanced SQL skills
Understanding of data ecosystems and cloud data technologies
Experience leading large scale projects working with development teams and business stakeholders
A great team-player mentality with the ability to work independently
Strong communication & analytical skills, with a sense of how to prioritize and foresee product risks and opportunities
Ability to be proactive and lead projects end to end, requiring minimal supervision, strong time management and work organization skills
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills, creative and critical thinking, attention to detail
Fluent English
Advantage:
Experience in user acquisition/retargeting/campaign management roles or marketing analytics for mobile apps
Experience with data pipeline workflow management tools such as: Airflow,
Astronomer
Experience with Snowflake
Background in gaming
